The British Drift Championship Super Pro round at Silverstone had been playing on my mind for a few weeks. The audience at the TRAX event would be the largest that the BDC would see throughout the season and the pressure of hosting a competition event in and amongst the allotted track time slots at the event is pretty high. -

Formula D's Fredric Aasbo took 1st place at today's British Drift Championship Super Pro Round 5 at Silverstone Circuit. Aasbo piloted his famous insane-angle Toyota Supra to victory against Driftworks' Phil Morrison in the Final earlier on this afternoon. -

Saturday the 12th of February kicked off the 2011 season with a qualifying day for the British Drift Championship. New names who wanted to get in on the action and drive amongst some of the finest drivers in Europe had their chance to impress the Judges.
